The short version: we collect what you type into Discovery so your advisor can prepare, we share it with your advisor and no one else, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Discovery answers. Your name, email address, your answers to the Discovery questions, and your advisor preference if you state one.
- Bookings. Scheduling is handled by TidyCal on their pages, under their privacy policy. We receive the booking details you enter there.
- Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe on the booking pages. We never see or store your card number.
- Site analytics. The site uses Vercel’s privacy-friendly analytics to count visits. It does not use advertising cookies or track you across other sites.
How we use it
Discovery answers are used for exactly one thing: routing you to the right advisor and letting that advisor read where you are before your first conversation. You also receive a confirmation email. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
Your advisor, and the services that make the site run: our email delivery provider (to send the briefs and confirmations), TidyCal (scheduling), Stripe (payments) and Vercel (hosting and analytics). Each processes data under its own policy.

To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, reply to any email W3 has sent you and ask. We will act on it promptly.
